The Student Media Group helps plan and organise events for advertisers, liaising with university departments or students' unions where appropriate, booking events, organising venues and providing staff on the day to help with logistics where required.

Where presentations take place in the evening and staff need accommodation, we can source and book hotels, or arrange for staff to stay at the university where required/possible.

We liaise closely with clients throughout this process, providing regular reports on progress, and on any problems encountered – suggesting solutions where possible – and alternatives where necessary.
