Presentations and events on campus, or at local hotels, are often a significant tool in a recruiter's armoury. Recruiter presentations are professional events and as such require full event management.
Recruiters will want their staff to be able to concentrate their efforts on the task at hand - recruiting the right people - rather than having to worry about whether the writing materials have been placed on all of the seats.
The Student Media Group helps plan and organise presentations and other events for recruiters, liaising with Careers Services where appropriate, booking events, organising v enues and providing staff on the day to help with logistics where required.
Where presentations take place in the evening and staff need accommodation, we can source and book hotels, or arrange for staff to stay at the university where required/possible.
At all times we liaise closely with recruiters. We provide regular reports on progress, and on any problems encountered - suggesting solutions where possible - and alternatives where necessary.
