Details
Door-Drop and Door Hook campaigns allow companies to communicate with the student market in the relaxed atmosphere of “their home”, which can be highly effective. However, we ask clients to bear in mind that recipients are primarily 1st years (since they are the ones living in Halls) and the coverage of the media is relatively small: the majority of universities object to Door-Drops for Health & Safety and/or security reasons and we don’t provide “guerrilla” campaigns on campus.
Comment
Although the coverage is relatively small for this media, Door Drops have proven to be highly effective on a cost-per-response basis....probably because the promotional material distributed is guaranteed to be seen (and most likely read) by the target audience.
